On September 15, 2026, the second Microsoft Copilot Enterprise AI Empowerment Workshop concluded successfully.
Over the four-hour session, hands-on practice accounted for 60% of the curriculum. Participants worked through four progressive real-world business cases covering Excel data analysis, Word and PowerPoint content generation, Copilot Agent creation, and multi-step collaboration via Copilot Cowork.
NOVATECH’s Copilot training series goes beyond simply explaining what Copilot can do.
It enables every participant to verify firsthand: Can Copilot be integrated into real work environments? Can it help employees complete tasks? Can a business idea be turned into usable deliverables with AI?

In our first workshop, discussions centered on whether enterprises dared to adopt AI:
Is data secure?
Will AI access sensitive information?
Can employee AI usage be managed and audited?
By contrast, questions raised in the second workshop shifted to practical execution:
How should Copilot actually be deployed?
Which workflows are suitable for AI?
What tasks warrant building a dedicated Agent?
How to ensure AI outputs comply with corporate standards?
What is the first actionable step after training?
Accordingly, the workshop was designed around one core principle:
Completion is marked not by “I understand”, but by “I have built something tangible today”.
Four progressively challenging practical cases were designed for the session, each with defined business scenarios, step-by-step guides, prompts, troubleshooting tips and acceptance criteria. This guided participants from passive demo viewing to independent hands-on delivery.
Using Copilot in Excel, participants aggregated data from 450 sales records, generated charts and conducted business analysis. They produced management insights with concrete figures, business judgments and recommended actions.
Attendees directly experienced that Copilot does not merely assist with spreadsheet work — it helps uncover business issues hidden in data.
Leveraging Word, PowerPoint and AI image generation, participants organized fragmented product materials into structured proposals, then generated brand-aligned presentation slides and speaker notes.
During the exercise, the division of labor between humans and AI became clear: AI boosts content production efficiency, while humans validate facts, messaging and compliance.
In the Agent module, participants built a pre-sales product assistant based on product documentation, quotation rules and FAQs. They then tested each other’s agents.
Through testing, troubleshooting and prompt refinement, participants learned that an enterprise-grade Agent must deliver accuracy, controllability and traceability. This requires reliable knowledge sources, clear instructions and well-defined business boundaries.
In the Copilot Cowork session, participants experienced an end-to-end workflow: industry research, value extraction and proposal outline generation.
This demonstrated that Copilot is evolving from assisting with isolated steps toward collaborative delivery of full projects around a shared objective.
