For this conference, we specially invited Wang Shenglin, Chief Technology Officer for Greater China at Microsoft's Global Ecosystem Channels Division. He comprehensively dissected the complete architecture of the Microsoft Agent Framework, offering a deep interpretation of the three core elements that make Copilot stand out—Work IQ, Agents, and Skills and Tools. He detailed how Copilot, through a personalized intelligence layer, dedicated task optimization, and full-scenario data integration, deeply embeds itself into the entire M365 suite, achieving end-to-end workflow automation.

Addressing enterprises' top concerns regarding Agent control and security, Microsoft announced that Microsoft Agent 365, set to be fully available on May 1, 2026, will serve as the unified control plane for Agents. It will provide full lifecycle Agent management capabilities from three dimensions: observability, governance, and security. Paired with the complete security and compliance system of the Microsoft 365 E7 Frontier Suite, it will safeguard the implementation of enterprise-grade AI Agents.

 

 

Following the insight-rich industry perspectives, Lu Jiandong, Founder and CEO of Shanghai NovaTech, presented a product demonstration of the "Crayfish" enterprise-grade solution for the on-site guests, fully showcasing the design philosophy and core capabilities of this new AI product.
