   Log in:
   Go to M365Copilot.com​ and sign in with your work or school account. A green shield next to "New Chat" confirms data protection is active.

   Have a productive conversation:

     Enter clear instructions in the text box. Upload files using “Add content” for precise answers.

     Check the sources listed under each response for accuracy.
   • ∙∙
     Refine replies by asking for shorter versions or more details. Use “View prompts” for inspiration.

   Write better prompts:
   Be specific, detailed, and provide context.
   Example of an effective prompt:
   “I work in marketing focusing on competitor research. Summarize the latest news from Company A, emphasizing new product announcements, in 2-3 paragraphs using a professional tone.”
