Important Notice: Microsoft Teams Personal Edition Will Be Officially Discontinued in Mainland China on July 28
According to the official announcement from Microsoft,Microsoft Teams Free (Teams Free / Teams for personal use) will officially cease services in Mainland China (determined by IP) starting from July 28, 2026.
The mobile version (iOS / Android) was discontinued earlier in May 2026.
At that time, users in Mainland China will no longer be able to log in or use any features of Teams personal edition via personal Microsoft accounts (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, etc.).

For users still using the personal version of Teams for work, please complete the following steps as soon as possible:
